Events listed on Join are organized by event hosts, not us. We are a third-party service providing the technology for managing events, and are not responsible or liable for any activities related to the event, including but not limited to:
For avoidance of doubt, the event hosts shall be responsible for all the contents and activities related to the event. Acting as a technology service provider and the platform, we will not bear any responsibility for anything related to the events. If you have an issue or question regarding any of the above, you should contact the event host directly. Hosts have full control over their events, and it is their responsibility to inform you of any relevant terms or policies that apply to your use of the Service outside of these Terms, as well as to respond to and resolve any disputes that you may have regarding their events.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").
Subject to these Terms, you may share opinions or other Content as permitted by applicable laws. You agree that you are solely responsible for any content you post on the Service, and we will not and are not obliged to review any contents provided either by you or by the event hosts. You further acknowledge and agree that anything you posted on the Service will not in violation of any applicable laws.
You further agree that unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant us and applicable hosts an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display any Content you post on the Service, in any form or media.

Termination of our service
You agree that we may terminate your use of the Service and cancel your account, if (1) you becomes a Proscribed Person; (2) you has a Proscribed Address; (3) upon the occurrence of a match on our sanctions filters; or (4) any violation of applicable laws or regulations found. "Proscribed Address" means: (a) any blockchain address that appears in a list of addresses with which dealings are proscribed by the United Nations or another government agency or relevant authority under applicable laws, or is part of a group of addresses that appears in such a list; and (b) without limiting the generality of this definition, an address stated on the United States of America Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals list; “Proscribed Person” means a person who appears to us to: (a) be in breach of any anti-money laundering or counter-financing of terrorism requirements of any jurisdiction; (b) appear in a list of persons with whom dealings are proscribed by the United Nations or another government agency or a regulatory authority under applicable laws; or (c) act on behalf, or for the benefit of, any person described in paragraph (a) or (b).
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Limitation of Actions
The Service is created and controlled by JoinFren, in HongKong, China. You agree that these Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree that all legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, and that your claim(s) will be forever waived and barred unless filed within one year of the time in which the event(s) giving rise to such claim(s) began. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms of Use are found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach or default of the Terms of Use shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. You may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions to access particular sections or functions of the Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without consent or notice, to transfer, assign, sublicense, or pledge the Service or these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any person or entity. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability and governing law, jurisdiction and limitation of actions.
